Returns and Cancellation/Refund Policy

As a customer you have the right to return an undamaged, unaltered item within 14 days of receiving it, returns can be for a different size and exchange for a different product or if you are unsatisfied with your product a refund.

All returns are to be sent at your own cost, Rock Style does not fund or refund postage. Rock Style may charge a restocking fee on returns for refunds to reclaim the initial cost of sending the item

Rock Style will in most cases oblige to pay the shipping costs in sending an exchanged product back to you, (excluding abroad) Rock Style may charge additional postage for excessive exchanges.

Delayed Delivery

Occasionally on Large orders where our transaction receipt shows a None Match with the AVSCODE we may delay shipping your item for a few days and will attempt to contact you for confirmation.
